Zakres

Polityka dotyczy narzędzia Ads Manager, którego m-jaro.pl używa do prowadzenia kampanii Google Ads swoich klientów przez Google Ads API.

Jakie dane przetwarzamy

Cel i podstawa

Przechowywanie i bezpieczeństwo

Privacy Policy (English)

Controller: Michał Jarosiński, m-jaro.pl, graf.m.jar@gmail.com. This policy covers Ads Manager, an internal tool used by m-jaro.pl to manage its clients' Google Ads campaigns via the Google Ads API.

Data accessed: Google Ads account data of clients who commissioned campaign management (account and campaign settings, keywords, ad texts, budgets and statistics such as impressions, clicks, costs and conversions). The tool does not collect personal data of end users. API access uses a Google Cloud service account owned by m-jaro.pl; no third party signs in with a Google account.

Use: solely to configure, deploy, optimise and report on advertising campaigns ordered by the client. Sharing: data is not sold or shared with third parties other than the client concerned and Google. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security: campaign configuration is kept in a private repository; access keys are stored locally only. Statistics are fetched from Google Ads on demand and not archived elsewhere. On termination of cooperation, access to the client account is removed and its configuration deleted on request. Contact: graf.m.jar@gmail.com.
